Rosie's First 10K

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported me in my running so far – I’m amazed at how much money has been raised in such a short space of time and I’m incredibly grateful, as is everyone at the Amy May Trust.

My first 10k was yesterday in Lincoln.  It was a great day for it; the sky was blue, the sun was out but the temperature was just right. There was a great atmosphere as thousands of us set off around 11am.

I’m pleased to say that I managed to run all the way round and got a PB of 1 hour and 5 minutes.  I’m thrilled as I really wanted to beat the time I got last year, which was 1:10.  Your donations and support, as well as the thought of helping Amy really spurred me on….now just for the next one!
