Following happy schooldays, Amy studied for her A-levels at Seevic College, Essex, before completing her Undergraduate Degree in Film, Media, Radio and Television at Canterbury Christchurch University. Amy then went onto complete her MA in Broadcast Journalism at Westminster University.
During her Masters degree, Amy enjoyed her Saturday morning slot on BBC Radio Kent and worked freelance at ITV for a period prior to landing the position as one of a team of online producers for the popular Good Morning Britain programme on ITV. A job which she loved.
Amy's joys in life were many. She loved both people and animals and was passionate about the welfare and fair treatment of both.
