The four simple steps
Loose the blue, stab the orange, count to ten and massage to end.
Step 1
Remove the blue safety cap. 'Blue to sky, orange to thigh'
Step 2
Jab the orange end into the patients thigh. 'Blue to sky, orange to thigh'
Step 3
Hold for 10 seconds
1 elephant, 2 elephant, 3 elephant…
Step 4
Give the area a massage while you call an ambulance and tell them it’s anaphylaxis.
