Following the launch of our Campaign to improve the safety of air travel for nut allergy sufferers, which gained over 200,000 signatures in 4 days, we have been continually working with the Department of Transport, aviation governing bodies, including the CAA and Airlines UK as well as airlines to force a plan to act on our intention. As part of our ongoing effort to create greater transparency on what it’s like to fly with an allergy as well as track good and bad progress of how airlines handle passengers allergens, we are asking you for your travel experiences.

The first year of findings were collared and published in a paper which was circulated to the parties we meet with at our quarterly meetings, including the Airlines UK, CAA and the DfT). The Department for Transport has launched their new aviation strategy: Aviation 2050, which has been influenced by our campaign and these findings.

The Survey will remain open and the results may form part of a secondary review.
